By using PDF Pouch, you agree to use it lawfully and only with files you own or are authorised to process.

Permitted use

You may use the public website for personal or business document processing. You must not use it to violate another person's privacy, copyright, access controls, contractual obligations, or other rights.

No professional advice

Privacy scan results, OCR output, fingerprints, and converted documents are automated technical outputs. They are not legal, compliance, security, financial, or professional advice and may contain errors or omissions.

Availability and output

The service and its outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. Always retain the original file and verify the result before relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The PDF Pouch name, site design, original copy, and application source are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries retain their own licences. Ordinary use of the public tools does not transfer ownership of your documents to PDF Pouch.
